Refund Policy
At Balone-host, we want our customers to be satisfied with our hosting services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our Services, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: You may be eligible for a refund if you have purchased our Services and meet the following conditions:
- You are within the first 30 days of your initial purchase of the Services.
- You have not violated our Terms of Use.
- You have not used more than 25% of the resources allocated to your hosting account.
- Requesting a Refund:To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at brinks238@gmail.com . We will review your request and may ask for additional information to verify your eligibility for a refund.
- Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that we do not refund any fees paid for domain registrations or SSL certificates.
- Non-Refundable Services: The following services are non-refundable:
- Domain registrations
- SSL certificates
- Website migrations
- Dedicated IP addresses
- Changes to Refund Policy : We reserve the right to modify our refund policy at any time. Any changes to the refund policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
